Stellar web design and marketing engine for lettings agent

Get It Let

Get It Let is a property management and letting agency that offers a range of services to landlords and tenants, including arranging viewings, listing new properties, and managing tenancy agreements.

  • The Problem

In the past, Get It Let experienced problems with arranging viewings and listing new properties online. This often resulted in tenants missing out on properties that they were interested in, and landlords losing out on potential rental income.

  • The Solution

We introduced an online booking system via our Properties Manager that allows the team to list properties and schedule viewings directly with tenants within the website. This system has proved to be successful in reducing the number of missed viewings and improving communication between landlord and prospective tenants.

  • The Results

Get It Let has seen a drastic increase in the number of viewings generated and have ensured that all properties are let in record time.
